09 bad Terms and Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on the 09 bad platform. If anyone below this age opens or uses an account, the platform authority reserves the right to close that account at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of platform policy. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be completely accurate and truthful. 09 bad reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incorrect information. Members may be required to provide supporting documents during the identity verification process before making a withdrawal.

2.4 Account Verification

To ensure a secure service, 09 bad may request identity verification from members at certain times. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed. Members are required to cooperate by providing the requested information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The currently accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals on the 09 bad platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The name and number used with the payment method must match the registered details on the account. Transactions using another person's mobile banking account are not permitted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required. Wagering requirements on any bonus must be met before making a withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction History

Records of all deposits and withdrawals are stored in the wallet section of the account. In the event of a dispute over any transaction, these records will be used as evidence. Members are advised to notify 09 bad immediately if they notice any suspicious or unexpected transaction.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed.

5.2 VIP Cashback

09 bad's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week.

Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. 09 bad reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits dishonestly, claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, or attempting to bypass bonus conditions by any method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 bad platform, and any one of these violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

8.1 Self-Control Tools
